Stay hydrated during workouts, especially in hot weather. When you become thirsty, your body may already have a 1% (total body weight) water deficit. Drinking 2 cups of water 2 hours before exercise and 1 cup of fluids every 20-30 minutes during exercise will help to replenish fluid loss.

What can I expect?

Personal training programs will include a fitness test to determine your current level of fitness. During a fitness test your body fat will be tested (depending on age)as well as BMI, body composition and more. All this information helps us to customize a program that would target any weak areas and address personal goals. Fitness 2 Go 4 Women will incorporate a variety of exercise techniques that vary from Bosu body sculpting, balance training, free weights, calisthenics, boot camp and more.

If you're motivated to workout on your own and just want some variety in your exercise routine, we can provide you with once a month consulting. This is where we will meet with you once a month for an hour to re-evaluate your fitness level, change your exercise routine accordingly and go through the workout with you. This will allow you to continue to make physical gains, avoid plateauing and remain accountable.

Fitness 2 Go 4 Women also provides private boot camps for friends and couples!I highly recommed boot camps because they are challengeing but at the same time designed to work at your current fitness level. Boot camps are fun and motivating when your working out with friends or family who sahre the same goals and are there to motivate you.

Private Boot Camp

Boot camps are an hour class designed to meet you at your current fitness level. Overtime the intensity will be adjusted to help you meet your goals. During boot camp, multiple exercise techniques will be use to help you strengthen and tone your muscle as well as increase your cardiovascular fitness.

Personal Training Session

An hour training sessions will incorporate the use of free weights, core training and body-weight training exercises and more.


30-Minute Training Session

Free weights, resistance bands, core training body-weight training exercises are at use.This type of session is usually fast paced do to the amount of time and exercises that are involved.
