As we age our metabolism slows down. This can be prevented to some degree by increasing lean muscle mass.

Individuals who weight 130-200lbs can expect to burn 400-700 calories or more in an 1 hour circuit training program.

People who engage in 90 minutes of physical activity a week have a 20% reduction in mortality risk. Excercising 150 minutes per week will reduce moratlity risk by 30% & 420 minutes a week has a whopping 40% reduction in moratality risk compared to those who are sedentary!

During that time, she did some volunteer work at the Riverside Sports Clinic aiding Physical Therapist with athletes who suffered from minor injuries. Working in the natural products industry for a few years has given her an insight into many supplements. However, no supplement can take the place of good nutrition through a balanced diet.

Working in a health club, she learned the pros and cons of running an exercise facility. She also had the opportunity to learn from the best, meaning club owners and managers. Her knowledge is extensive due to her experience of working with a variety of clients from all walks of life.
